The 2020 NHL Draft will probably be held nearly with Spherical 1 going down on Tuesday, Oct. 6 starting at 7 p.m. ET. Rounds 2-7 will probably be held Wednesday, Oct. 7 starting at 11:30 a.m. ET. NBCSN will air protection on each days.

The Rangers received Section 2 of the 2020 NHL Draft lottery in August and can choose first general. Rimouski Oceanic (QMJHL) winger Alexis Lafreniere is predicted to go No. 1.

After that? It might go plenty of other ways. Quinton Byfield (Sudbury – C- OHL), Tim Stutzle (Adler Mannheim – C/LW – DEL), Lucas Raymond (Frolunda – LW/C – SHL), Jamie Drysdale (Erie – D – OHL), Marco Rossi (Ottawa – C – OHL), Cole Perfetti (Saginaw – C – OHL), Jake Sanderson (D – USNTDP) are among the many high prospects anticipated to be chosen early.

The total 2020 NHL Draft order will probably be finalized on the conclusion of the 2020 Stanley Cup Closing.
