The online asset worth of INVL Baltic Actual Property (hereinafter – „the Firm“), as supplied within the Articles of Affiliation part XI “Valuation of property of the Firm and calculation of the web asset worth“, amounted to EUR 23,602,043 or EUR 2.2270 per share on 30 September 2020. The Firm’s web asset worth not together with the share buy-back legal responsibility required by accounting requirements can be EUR 28,329,578, or EUR 2.1543 per share.
